The package includes Fee Proposals, Letters of Engagement and Personal Guarantees to ensure that your terms and conditions are disclosed prior to commencing any work.

The package also includes a book of five Debt Recovery Vouchers.  Our Debt Recovery Vouchers have no expiry date enabling you to only use them as required.  In the event that Debt Recovery is needed, our highly advanced systems, software and highly trained collectors will professionally and promptly pursue your overdue accounts.

Submitting a debt for collection is easy.  Simply complete one voucher for each debtor you would like us to pursue.  A one page guide on completing a voucher can be downloaded here.

Once the debt is loaded you can track the progress of our 28 day collection process via our fully interactive and transparent interactive website.  Our website allows you to view live information on the collection including notes of every contact with your debtor.  You can also run detailed reports and communicate with your collector online.
